5 Things to Experience for Yourself in ET Contact

The first part of many conversations around extra-terrestrial life is, are you sure they are out there? Or, have you heard of Fermi’s paradox? So, let’s start there.
I’ve had my own personal experiences with extra-terrestrial, or interdimensional beings. Gasp. I know. Once you’ve made that contact, the discussion tends to be rather dull to argue about whether highly advanced civilizations exist. From a scientific standpoint, most of our efforts to determine whether these civilizations exist have been using methods that are not likely what highly advanced civilization use. You really think they are using radio waves, SETI? Face palm. More on that later.
Let’s take a moment and talk about Fermi’s paradox. What is Fermi’s paradox? Put super simply, it’s a theory that describes the likelihood of advanced civilizations making contact with one another. Either a civilization destroys itself before it could make said contact, or there are no other advanced civilizations out there, or due to the distances of space, they never reach one another. Fermi’s paradox is a fantastic theory with a major flaw in my opinion. The flaw is that most of the theory rests on the assumption that these civilizations haven’t already made contact AND that they travel within the confines of the speed of light. I find this unlikely. We just haven’t accepted it yet. Now, that is changing due to some of the legitimate inquiries within the government. One of the reasons that may be happening is because people are learning how to make this contact themselves. As individuals. In great part due to the work of Dr. Steven Greer and the creation of CE5 (close encounters of the 5th kind, through consciousness). This has created a whole new game. That is what I’m interested in exploring more, once we get past this rather dry debate on whether other life exists. I hate to burst some bubbles here, but it does. And it’s even more amazing than you could imagine, not at all like the terrifying images you’ve been sold in the last 100 years of cinema and media.
Now to the good stuff. What are my top 5 things you should experience for yourself in making ET contact?
1. A Reality Check: Didn’t think I would start here, did you? You may think you are ready to make contact with an inter-dimensional ET, but the reality may be quite different. This will ultimately help your contact experience if you are clear on what type of interaction you are actually ready for and how to manage your fear of the unknown when it comes up. Because it will.
Let’s take a beat here and talk a bit about the fear. Most of us have some sort of fear ingrained in our subconscious that ET are what they look like in films or in scary movies. Part of this is true, some may look like that. But if you think that our cultural representation of ET is the whole truth, this will impact your ability to connect. In my experience, there are no bad actors, that’s of our own conjuring. They are highly evolved for a reason.
2. The Meditation: If you are already an avid meditator, you’re in for a treat and an easeful integration. If you are newer to meditation, this may take some practice. Both are OK, and sometimes people are surprised by how quickly they can get into it. The reason we meditate to connect is because these ET communicate through consciousness which is not bound by space and time.
3. The Invitation: In most, but not all, cases ET will only approach if you are inviting them to. They are not interested, it seems, in putting on a light show or scaring us. They are interested in connecting through different senses depending on what you are ready for. This invitation, from an authentically heart-felt place, is a core component of making contact.
4. Unique Sensations: I’ve been a meditator for many years and experienced both the beauty of the mundane and the incredibly interesting journey of consciousness. What you experience in an ET contact meditation is different for some reason. We will get more into this in our 2-hour workshop. Depending on your intentions and the type of civilization you are interacting with, you can experience shifts across all senses.
Sight > This includes the classic expectation around seeing a craft, lights or actual ET beings materialized nearby. Most people aren’t actually ready for this. There’s a long list of visual phenomena you could encounter.
Inner Sight > Flashes of light with eyes close are a hallmark (in my experience) that the ET consciousness has ‘linked in’ with yours. I’m not the only one that experiences this. Through your mediation you can also have full conversations and astral type experiences with these beings. There really is no limit to what you can experience in expanded consciousness, and it will be unique to you.
Physical > I’m quite hesitant to share this because it feels very personal to me, but I’m going to because we need to start opening ourselves up a bit more. One way I know, without a shadow of a doubt, that ET are connecting with me is that the space between my eyebrows gets warm and/or internally vibrates. It is not subtle. It’s never happened to me before, other than when ET are communicating. The wildest thing is that without ever sharing this, I’ve come across others that have experienced the exact same. I believe that it’s some sort of physical repercussion of that conscious connection through what we call the spiritual eye. Of course, there are a whole other host of physical interactions that can occur, but only if you are ready for it.
5. The Awe: Part of this experience is going to include some level of awe, especially if you have moved past your fear (which can take a while). It is awe inspiring that we are beings that have this capability, and that there are highly compassionate and thoughtful beings waiting for us to be ready, waiting for us to discover these tools for ourselves. What an immense amount of patience that must take. They are there for us, as cosmic brothers and sisters, when we are ready for make the leap. Be prepared to be awe inspired.
There is so much more to all of this than can be contained into a blog post. But I believe this is a start, and as nervous as I am to speak more openly about this side of myself, I’m more excited to show the way for those that are starting to explore this for themselves. I’m sure we will be in for an exciting few decades as we learn more about the powers of consciousness and what that means for connecting with ourselves on this planet, and with others off-world.
